Terms & Conditions Of Trade

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Thermal Roll Shop Pty Ltd and you for the supply of products. The contract can not be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Tax Invoice
Your tax invoice will arrive with your goods. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website. Third party websites may not always list our current prices.

Stock Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery
If an order is received before 12pm NZST we will have your order processed and dispatched same day! All orders over the value of $150.00 GST inclusive include no delivery charge, if the order is below this threshold a flat $10.00 delivery charge will be added to your order.
Free delivery New Zealand Wide for all orders over $150 using reliable freight companies. We only sell and ship Products within New Zealand. We will not make deliveries outside of New Zealand.

Retention of Title Clause
All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of Thermal Roll Shop Pty Ltd; until payment in full has been received by Thermal Roll Shop Pty Ltd. Thermal Roll Shop Pty Ltd may at any time without notice retake possession of goods. The buyer should not however, be entitled to return the goods without prior written agreement from Thermal Roll Shop Pty Ltd.

Returns Policy
Thermal Roll Shop will only pay the cost of freight on returns where it issues a Return Authorisation Number and where Thermal Roll Shop's designated carrier is used.
Where standard stock lines are supplied by Thermal Roll Shop in accordance with the customer's order and such goods are returned without Thermal Roll Shop's Return Authorisation Number and Thermal Roll Shop subsequently agrees to credit such goods, a re-stock fee of 20% of the invoice value of such goods returned will apply.
